The visit begins where the grape is born and the wine process, in the vineyard. Next, we will know the most special corners of the winery, while explaining anecdotes and curiosities about the elaboration of excellent wines and cavas in an artisanal way, with the same passion that their parents did.
We will enter the underground cellars where the bottles rest between their lees, submerged in the stillness of the cellar, and we will let their secrets whisper to us. After this magical journey we are ready to learn everything the winemaker of the winery teaches us to appreciate and taste a good wine with the tasting of selected wines and cavas.
Now we are ready to fully enjoy drinking the wines and cavas tasted, and nothing better than doing it during a delicious brunch paired with delicious traditional gastronomic products of this land, such as homemade bread, olive oil, artisan sausages, cheeses of the earth, pastries and Requena empanadas, and for the sweet tooth of the house some delicious sweets such as sweet potato pastries or chocolate dumplings.
