Vermouth is like life, bitter and sweet. It’s also an acceptable excuse for day drinking. With alcohol concentrations around 15% we will accompany the bitter and sweet flavors of a glass of vermouth with typical pairing (escabeche and delicious canned food) Traditionally, la hora de vermut is just before lunch.
